Madagascar: An escaped prisoner hunted by the gendarmes immolates by fire at the time of the assault

An escaped prisoner, sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of his girlfriend in 2001, actively sought by the police for nearly three weeks and been involved in a kidnapping and a robbery, committed suicide on Monday morning in a house where he had taken refuge in Soanierana the outskirts of Tananarive.
