Madagascar: 40,000 chicks to develop the poultry industry in the island

An agreement was recently signed between the Ministry of livestock and the private firm Dynatec for the development of the poultry industry in Madagascar, in the wake of a large-scale program.
40,000 chicks will thus be entrusted to a quarantine of associations of Tamatave, Brickaville, Moramanga, with a distribution to farmers in the three affected districts.
The poultry program will work also on the ground to train for one year renewable, farmers rearing techniques and the management of their commercial exploitation of chickens, as reported by the newspaper Les Nouvelles of the Madagascar.
