Crash of Yemenia flight off the Comoros, the airline placed under investigation for "involuntary manslaughter"

More than four years after the crash of the Airbus A310 of Yemenia Airways 30 June 2009 off the Comoros, the airline has been indicted on 15 November by a judge of Bobigny for "manslaughter," said this Wednesday, January 29, 2014 a source close to the matter.
"The Yemenia will have to explain, and it is a relief for our customers," said AFP counsel for victims' families, Me Gérard Montigny.
As a reminder, 152 people were killed in the crash of the aircraft of Yemenia Airways, of which 66 French passengers.
The teenager Bahia was the only survivor of the crash. The black boxes of the aircraft were found in August 2009.
