Comoros Air crash Inter Islands: The lawyer of the passengers claimed more than 60,000 euros for damages and interest

The lawyer of the passengers of the plane crash of Inter company in November 2013, asked during the civil hearing held on Tuesday at the court of Moroni, damages in the amount of 30 million Comorian francs (60,958 euros) for the damage suffered by each customer.
17 passengers had brought a civil party in this matter under advisement to 13 January 2015 and which will punish or not the responsibility of the airline.
As a reminder, a twin-engine aircraft of type Embraer 120  of the Inter islands company were conducted in November last year, a landing after tearing a portion of the wing just after takeoff from Moroni airport. 29 passengers and crew members were on board.
