Air Madagascar still blacklisted in European flight exclusion zone

The national airline of the Island, Air Madagascar, is still subjected to operational restrictions in European airspace. In April 2011, two Boeing 737-300 were subject to a travel ban in European airspace.
The European Commission has not lifted a few days ago these restrictions. Air Madagascar is thus on the list B introduced in 2005, which prohibits the European area for aircraft on which are recorded in terms of security breaches.
Air Madagascar is nevertheless permitted to connect to Europe with chartered aircraft and crews of air carriers which are not subject to any prohibition.
