As part of Wellness Breaks, Seven Colours Spa brings you ‘The Art of Breathing’ with the renowned Dominique Lonchant - yoga instructor and master of breathing techniques. C Beach Club is organising a Wellness Brunch on 6 December – a day of total relaxation not to be missed!
Come and enjoy a day of socialising and share the experience with friends and family, on the beachfront, at C Beach Club – the place to be in the south of the island. Give yourselves some time to relax this summer and get an energy boost for the end of the year’s party season.
The price of the Wellness Brunch is from Rs1500 per person, comprising an all-you-can-eat brunch and a 20-minute massage per adult. The brunch includes: a Zen musical atmosphere with DJ, access to the beach and pool, non-motorized land- and water-based activities, and loads more set up just for the event such as:

Breathing is the most natural act there is. However, we develop bad habits over the years without realising. Discover the art of breathing with Dominique Lonchant, a specialist in this area, and gain an instant sense of well-being. A qualified yoga instructor specialising in the art of breathing, he received a privileged initiation in India under Dr. Swami Gitananda. He travelled the world for more than 30 years teaching thousands of students, and today organises workshops in France and abroad. He is one of the world’s few specialists in respiratory discipline.
