The commission of the African Union has implemented, at the beginning of last week, his new permanent representative in Madagascar.
 
The Djibouti, Hawa Ahmed Youssouf, who was previously stationed in Central African Republic will be in Madagascar for four years.
 
"We have a Head of State (note: Hery Rajaonarimampianina) who was recently elected thus may be necessary give him some time because it must reconcile everyone," said Hawa Ahmed Youssouf, as Radio France International reported.
