The low cost, Jambo Jet Company, should serve Mayotte, Madagascar and Comoros




In late February, the airline Kenya Airways, has launched a subsidiary low cost, Jambo Jet with a Boeing 737-300 * to operate its services.

Jambo Jet has received regulatory approval from the Kenya Civil Aviation to connect in the near future the Nairobi or Mombasa to Dzaoudzi (Mayotte), Tananarive (Madagascar) and Moroni (Comoros), as indicated by the air-journal.fr site.
 
The low cost airline should also serve the cities of Bujumbura (Burundi), Goma (Congo), Kisangani (Congo), Addis Ababa (Ethiopia), Kigali (Rwanda), Hargeisa (Somalia), Juba (Sudan), Dar es Salaam (Tanzania), Kilimanjaro (Tanzania), Mwanza (Tanzania), Pemba (Mozambique), Zanzibar and Entebbe (Uganda).
 
* The Boeing 737-300 can accommodate 16 seats in business class and 100 in economy class
