Seychelles and Haiti are discussing of a new cooperation with as common base the creole culture of the two countries




The Minister of Tourism of Seychelles Alain Saint-Ange, met on the sidelines of the last international fair of tourism, IFTM Top Resa in Paris (23-26 September 2014), the Minister of Tourism of Haiti, Stéphanie Villedrouin.
 
The two Ministers discussed possible cooperation between the two countries of creole culture.
 
Alain Saint-Ange inter alia invited the Minister of Tourism of Haiti to move along with artists of the 2015 Edition Festival Kreol from Victoria, which is held every year at the end of October in the archipelago.
 
“We have Haiti and the Seychelles a deep commitment to our creole culture and the creole language. We need to use  this to build on this common base a new era of cooperation", said the Minister of Tourism of Seychelles, Alain Saint-Ange.
 
As a reminder, the Antillean Group the most famous of the musical planet, Kassav, occur on stage at the Festival Kreol in Victoria, which celebrates its 29th edition in October.
