Seychelles: The French Secretary of State for Tourism, Matthias Fekl, met the Minister of Tourism of the archipelago, Alain Saint Ange




The new French State Secretary for Tourism, Matthias Fekl, met the Minister of Tourism in the Seychelles, Alain Saint Ange, on the Seychelles stand at the International Tourism Fair, IFTM Top Resa in Paris, which has been held since Tuesday and until Friday as part of its 36th Porte de Versailles.
 
The Minister of Tourism of Seychelles, Alain Saint Ange, reminded the French Secretary of State for Tourism the strong links between the islands and the Hexagon, with French travelers are the main tourist market for Seychelles.
 
As a reminder, like every year, this unmissable event for all professionals in the travel and tourism attracts in its wake large tourism benefits for the destination Seychelles on a French market down since the beginning of 2014.
 
More than 21,800 visitors from France were recorded this year.
 
As a reminder, 230,272 tourists visited the Seychelles in 2013, an increase of 11% compared to the previous year, including some 35,698 French tourists last year.
 
The three major tour operators selling Seychelles destination in France are exoticism, TUI and Austral Lagoons.
