Reunion: Reunion Island makes a stop over in Norway and Sweden



As part of its accession to the Club Overseas Atout France, Reunion Island on an operation of "street event" which is part of a multimedia campaign in Norway and Sweden. Friday 4 and Saturday, April 5, 2014, a bus decorated with the colours of ultramarine host Scandinavian visitors to help them discover the overseas destinations and invite them to participate in a contest.


The "street event" operation organised by the Club of overseas asset France is the first step in the multimedia campaign in Scandinavia. A bus dressed in the colours of the Islands will be installed in strategic places of passage of two cities:

- Friday, April 4 in Oslo on Place "Youngstorget" from 12h to 19h
- Saturday, April 5th in Stockholm, Kunstträdgärten, from 10h to 16h
 
An exotic decor will accompany this bus which will be landscaped with sand, sun loungers, and decorated with posters of the different destinations. Two hostesses will be on hand to invite Scandinavian visitors to participate in a competition whose purpose is to achieve 'selfies' (self-portrait pictured) before the posters of their choice.
 
Two trips are the key to this contest in each city:
 
Norway
- A trip to Guadeloupe of Hotels and Islands, the Auberge of Vieille Tour, Committee of tourism of islands of Guadeloupe, and Air France.
 
Sweden
- A trip to Saint-Martin offered by L'Hoste Hotel, the Tourism Office of Saint - Martin and Air France.
- A trip to the Reunion Island offered by the island's tourism and Air France.
 
The music of territories and Islands of overseas will be broadcast on board the bus and a cocktail will be served at the bar inside.
 
It is a part of a media campaign by the Club overseas asset France. In a second step, an e-newsletter will be sent by the end of August, or even at the beginning of the month of September 2014, to participants enrolled in the competition.
 
Note that many publications are planned on Facebook time to the viral campaign which will take place from 4 to 11 April 2014. Subsequently, videos will be also posted on social networks by the team of asset France.
 
The communication will be done also with the media with a press release sent to the Norwegian and Swedish press. E-newsletters will be also sent to the database professional and press asset France Norway and Sweden.
