Reunion: Become the Dalon of Reunion!



L’Île de La Réunion Tourisme (IRT) is organising a competition entitled “Devenez Dalon de La Réunion " (become Dalon of Reunion) in partnership with the Société aéroportuaire from the Roland Garros airport (SA ARRG). This game, based on a sponsorship system, takes place from Thursday March 20 2014 to Friday March 20, 2015.


In an effort to publicise the island of Reunion to the greatest number, the IRT has expanded the concept of ambassadors to the public. Reunion Island residents, tourists visiting the island, men, women, parents, and students are all potential prescribers of the island.
 
The objective of this competition is therefore to promote the island's destination through the concept of the "Dalons", which is based on the logic of a powerful vector of communication: that of Word of mouth."
 
" Devenez Dalons de La Réunion " is a competition without obligation of purchase, opened to passengers departing from Reunion (residents and non-residents). It will last a year and will cover the period from March 20, 2014, to March 20, 2015.
 
Four draws will take place with the key, a round-trip Paris ticket / Reunion to win in each draw.
 
The terms of the game
 
This game is based on a simple system of sponsorship. The traveller at the departure from Reunion (the Godfather) can recover a flyer at Roland Garros airport that he delivers to his potential downline upon arrival. The objective for the Godfather: encourage bystanders to register on the reunion.fr page and thus become its godsons. Once registered on the site, the Godson will receive an email of activation of participation. In turn, the Godfather will be informed by email of the inscription of his godson. The more a sponsor has referrals, the greater it has chances to qualify for one of the draws, within the limit of 100 referrals by sponsor. Note that the sponsor pulled out of the Hat will have the choice to take advantage of his ticket or offer it to one of his godsons.
 
This technique, which is to involve the visitor in a process of virality by asking him to invest in finding new prospects, also aims to retain travelers to the island.
