Pangia Beach the new Luxury Beach Apartment project

It was an all white affair at the launch party of Pangia Beach, held on Saturday 7th November 2015 at the perfect hour where guests could enjoy the stunning sceneries of Mahé and neighbouring islands. Minister for Tourism and Culture, Alain St.Ange, attended the event in support of this exclusive development of 33 luxury beach apartments at Le Rocher, which are now available for sale off-plan. The hosts and owners behind the development, Georgia and Vincent Van Heyste describe to the Minister that “it is all in Panos’ honor”, Georgia’s father. The late Mr. Panos Papakokinos, founder of Skychef, was a great admirer of the Seychelles and had a vision of creating a high-end residential development with marina on this site. Under the guidance of Georgia and Vincent, surrounded by a group of internationally acclaimed architects, consultants and contractors, Panos’ vision is blossoming. Pangia Beach is a legacy story where all those involved strive for its perfection and realization.
Ideally located on the main island of Mahé, equidistant from Victoria, the capital and the Seychelles International Airport, the development keeps an island style feel but brings a contemporary look not seen before in the Seychelles.  A total of 33 apartments ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms, including 4 spectacular penthouses, will be constructed within four buildings set amongst lush tropical gardens all within the gated and safe grounds of the estate. It is of utmost importance for the developers that there is a natural flow of indoor and outdoor living in each and every apartment. With that in mind all buildings are positioned in such a way that every homeowner benefits from the spectacular views over the islands of Cerf and St. Anne.
Pangia Beach definitely captures the true beauty of its surroundings which is one of the biggest attractions for tourists visiting our tropical paradise. As the development begins their marketing and sales campaign, we are proud to consider Pangia Beach as a wonderful ambassador for the Seychelles and the Vanilla Islands, promoting an environmentally conscious and sustainable project within our nurturing ecosystem.
We would also like to congratulate Georgia and Vincent on their recent triumph at the International Property Awards summit which was held in Dubai on 12th November, 2015. As we have learnt, Pangia Beach is now the proud recipient of a 5 star award for Best Residential Development in Seychelles and the only nominee for Best Residential Development in Africa. Amidst hundreds of entries and strong competition from South Africa, Mauritius and other African nations, Pangia Beach came out as the winner within Africa. The project will now represent the Seychelles and Africa at the International Property Awards ceremony on 7th December, 2015 in London.
We would like to wish Georgia and Vincent continued success and will follow their progress as a homegrown company with great anticipation. We invite you to visit the website for more details on the project, here.
