Next agreement between Mauritius and the Russia allowing Russian fishing vessels to operate in Port-Louis




The Mauritian authorities are preparing to sign a memorandum of understanding with Russia to promote cooperation between the two countries in the fisheries sector.
 
This russo-mauritian cooperation will allow fishing vessels flying the Russian flag to operate within the port infrastructure of the Mauritian capital, as reported by the newspaper L'Express of Mauritius.
 
The Minister of fishery of Mauritius Nicolas Von Mally, welcomed the next signing of this agreement which according to him 'is a huge development for the fisheries sector opportunity' and "resulting in its wake many indirect activities".
