Miss Mayotte 2014, the youngest successful candidate




 
The election of Miss Mayotte 2014 which took place on the evening of Saturday, August 30, 2014 saw the coronation of the youngest of the six candidates, Ludy Langlade, 17 years and 1 m 77.
 
Chirongui native and student of final year in Pau (Pyrénées-Atlantiques) - Bac professionnel Services Aux Personnes et Aux Territoires - will represent the Mahoran colors in the contest of Miss France at the end of the year.
 
"One must be 18 years old to participate in Miss France early December. And as my birthday is in November. Therefore, there is no problem! ", said happily the new beauty queen who intends to then integrate the school of nursing of Mayotte.
 
"I find it right to bring the values and the culture of Mahoran women. My father is Mahoran, my mother is Gabonese and me, I feel Métis. I try to take the best in every culture", also highlighted Ludy Langlade, as reported the Journal de Mayotte.
