Mayotte eyeing towards Mozambique for construction projects




A delegation from the Mahoran office of studies CET Mayotte has moved from 12 to April 18, 2014, as part of a tour of exploration in Mozambique, country in full economic development.
 
Naoioui Mhohamed, Director of CET Mayotte, and also vice-president of the Medef, was thus accompanied for this trip in the Mozambican land by the President of the Club Export Mayotte, Soizic Duret-Motard.
 
On the spot, they were able to make contact with local businesses and meet the Ambassador of France in Mozambique and various collaborators of the Economic Department of the Embassy.
 
The delegation was also able to meet among others, the main international fund donors, "the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the African Development Bank(Bank AfDB), Agence française de développement (AFD), the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), the Union European", as reported by the Mayotte Hebdo newspaper.
 
This first field visit allowed to foresee possible partnerships on construction projects in the North of Mozambique in the wake of the recent opening of the air link between Dzaoudzi and the city of Pemba.
