Mayotte: The instruction of the case Roukia soon cordoned off by the judge
The investigating judge of High Court of Mamoudzou, Hakim Karki, expected to close by October the investigation of the case Roukia in which three members of the Group of Regional Intervention of Mayotte (IRM) have was indicted for complicity in drug trafficking, as related Letter of the Indian Ocean.

The perseverance of the judge, Hakim Karki in this sensitive issue has also earned him some professional discomfort with non-inclusion on the promotion list allowing him to summon a mutation.

Judge Hakim Karki could file an appeal to the Council of State in order to obtain its inclusion in the table of progress of the judiciary or put on standby to join his wife in Reunion.

As a reminder, the body without life of Roukia, aged 18 years, was discovered January 15, 2011, half buried in the North of Mamoudzou.

The young schoolgirl died according to an autopsy following a heroin overdose, hard drug that would have been indirectly handed on local market by officers of the police of Mayotte which were stationed at the time of the facts in the GIR and, via their Comorian, indicators locally named "tonton".
