Mayotte: The Advisory Committee on secret national defense is against the declassification of documents in the case of Roukia
The Advisory Committee on secret national defense (CCSDN) ruled unfavorably to the declassification of documents from the Department of the Interior, in the wake of the case "Roukia".

The court file reveals drug trafficking on the island of Mayotte in which three gendarmes and a police officer were indicted.

The opinion of the CCSDN, delivered on 18 April, was published in the Official Journal at the end of last week.
It is around the Interior Minister, Manuel Valls, to go forward or to comply with the advisory opinion of the CCSDN.

Manuel Valls had asked advice to the Commission after that in January 11, 2013, judge Hakim Karki in charge of the investigation to the High Court Mamoudzou, of open information to "import and possession of drugs, helps the entry, movement or foreigners residing at Mayotte "has seized the tenant of the Place Beauvau.

The lifeless body of Roukia, aged 18, was found on January 15, 2011, half-buried in the North Mamoudzou.

The young schoolgirl died from an overdose of heroin, hard drugs that have been reintroduced in the local market by four members of the security forces of Mayotte.
