Mayotte: Lawyers of Roukia write to the Minister of Justice, Christiane Taubira
Lawyers of Roukia wrote to the Minister of Justice, Christiane Taubira, October 18 to challenge on the merits of the case.
 
The lawyers have asked the Attorney General "if it is more important to protect officials implicated in this case" than to expose the truth in this case "since it concerns a young girl and a Comorian judge after the North African community, "as reported by the mayotte.orange.fr site that contains information from Kwezi Television.
 
To recap, the lifeless body of Roukia, aged 18, was discovered on January 15, 2011, half-buried in the North Mamoudzou.

The autopsy revealed a death due to an overdose of heroin, hard drug which would have been indirectly discount on the local market by officers of the police of Mayotte which were stationed at the time of the facts in the Regional Intervention Group of Mayotte (GIR), and this, through their Comorian indicators, locally named "tonton".
 
The investigating judge of the Court of Grand Instance de Mamoudzou, Hakim Karki, as part of its investigation of the case Rathore, was indicted for complicity in drug trafficking three members of the GIR.
