Mayotte: A training school for pizza chefs open in a few months




Officials of Gastro Pizza, Company created in Madagascar in the early 2000s, want to open a first franchise in Mayotte in about six months.
 
The Malagasy contractor, Arson Randrianaivo, alias "Chief Mbinina" for gourmets, thus goes on the quest of the Mahoran market with the firm intention to have the same economic than that recorded in Madagascar, and this, despite after a first failure of implantation in Mauritius in 2013.
 
Having started his affair with only 200 euros from budget in 2001 and a simple pizzeria run by three people in the District of Antanimema in Tananarive, more than a decade later, the Malagasy contractor is today at the head of 16 pizzerias, including 9 established in different parts of Madagascar.
 
Gastro Pizza has also over the same period, with the support of the Chamber of crafts of Mayotte, open a training school for pizza chefs.
