Mauritius in alert 2, the tropical cyclone Bansi approaches




The tropical cyclone Bansi continues to intensify this Monday, January 12, 2015. The meteor whose pressure at the center of the system was estimated at 4 pm local time at 962 hPa, was evolving about 400 kilometers in the northwest of Mauritius.
 
The depression system was well positioned by the points 17.4 South and 55.2 East. Bansi was moving south-southeast at a speed of about 4 km / h and approaches dangerously to Mauritius. Gusts of around 90 km / h are already expected in the day.
 
As a reminder, yesterday afternoon the Mauritian authorities had announced the closure of all schools on the island.
