Mauritius: New double taxation agreement between Rwanda and Mauritius

Mauritius: New double taxation agreement between Rwanda and Mauritius

A double taxation treaty between Rwanda and Mauritius is effective since August 4, 2014, as indicated by the Mauritian Ministry of finance site.

The agreement signed between the two countries was enacted in Rwanda from January 2013 and in Mauritius from July 2013, as reported by the newspaper Le Matinal.

As a reminder, the last chord of double taxation between Mauritius and Rwanda dated from the beginning of the 2000s, but had been revoked.
