Mauritius: Bagatelle shopping complex will expand




Bagatelle shopping complex, located in the Northwest of the island of Mauritius from September 2011 and genuine merchant temple of shopping and recreation all kinds (cinemas and a playground for the little ones), will expand with the construction of a new wing built at the South entrance of the Bagatelle Mall of Mauritius .
 
The new commercial wing will be deployed on about 8,000 square meters and will host shopping development, Interior and garden decor, as indicated in the Le Défi Quotidien newspaper.
 
The beginning of the work is programmed for October 2014 and the construction will run for one year.
 
The amount of new commercial area is encrypted to approximately 450 million rupees *.

As a reminder, 500,000 visitors on average visit the Bagatelle Mall of Mauritius every month, with peaks of attendance at the end of year as in December 2013 where the shopping complex had hosted some 800,000 visitors.
