Madagascar in the first position in Africa for the flow rate speed of Internet
According to data updated "Net Index" on June 18, 2013, Madagascar is now in the top position among African countries with regard to the speed of Internet flow rate.

The island appears to counter 8.23 megabits per second and average upload is positioned before the Rwanda who occupied the first place on March 5.

Madagascar and is closely followed in the African ranking by Namibia, Rwanda, Cape Verde, Libya, Mauritania, Gabon, Ethiopia, Ghana and Zimbabwe.
And on 18 June 2013, the global average Internet flow rate stood at 13.82 Mbps.
 
In the region, Reunion occupies a modest 136th place with a rate of 3.28 Mbps, Mauritius and Mozambique is far behind in the 155th spot.
Mayotte is not yet recognized in the consideration of the results, according to Kwezi Television.
 
As a reminder, the "Net Index" published a ranking of countries according to their speed of Internet (download and upload) connection, based on millions of recent test results from Speedtest.net website.
