Madagascar: Thirteen policemen cheat to reach the rank of warrant officer
The Malagasy police is in turmoil after the discovery of a vast fraud scheme initiated by yet one NCO School of the gendarmerie in Moramanga town about a hundred miles to the east of Tananarive.
 
150 active policemen sorted on the theft of almost 1,000 candidates, having passed the written admission test, to access training to Warrant Officer in the Malagasy police, after a few weeks, the military courts provided to Moramanga.
 
But 13 of them hurriedly left the school of gendarmerie and returned to their respective barracks, suspected of having benefited from the fraudulent with a sergeant working in the school, for their precious place among the formation to warrant officer.
 
The noncommissioned officer himself adjutant would have corrected his own handwriting with copies of 13 gendarmes implicated and added whole sections of texts with the correct answers, as related site lexpressmada.com.
