Madagascar: The worst Malagasy students fellows left for China to study, repatriated to the Big Island to reduce Ministry Spending
The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Madagascar has decided the fate of scholarship holder less competent, repeaters or triplants and who are failing at school after their scholarship obtained for integrating Chinese universities.
 
Thus to avoid having to accumulate expenditures on tuition and rent, the ministry has simply called them back to the country, forcing them to leave China hurriedly.
 
Repatriation studied case by case, which will be borne by the Malagasy State, to be held in a yet undisclosed deadline by the authorities of the Big Island.
 
Other students with scholarship expats in China who have appropriate results, in their turn will also, be forced to leave if the academic courses they have chosen, already exist in Madagascar, according to the newspaper L’Express of Madagascar.
