Madagascar: The revival of the soybean industry in the island interest some regions of Indonesia

In the wake of the agricultural cooperation between Madagascar and the Indonesia, an Indonesian delegation moved recently on the side of Antsirabe, in Central Madagascar, to meet the leaders and other economic operators in the region of Vakinankaratra.

On the menu of discussions, the revival of the soybean industry was discussed locally, with term a yield per hectare which should be enhanced between two to three tons per hectare, to export then to parts of the Indonesia strongly interested in a partnership, as reported by the newspaper Les Nouvelles of the Madagascar.
Six regions are thus directly affected by this partnership project in the heart of the relaunch of the soybean sector of Amoron'i mania, Haute Matsiatra, Vakinankaratra, Bongolava and Analamanga in center of the country and Sofia (Majunga) in the North of the island.
