Madagascar: The police authorities do not want the piston system during recruitments
The senior officials of Malagasy police have decided to no longer tolerate the piston system which prevails in its ranks and alters the recruitment of staff.

At a meeting held in Mandraka in the east Madagascar, before an audience of senior military officers and the Comptroller General of Police, Arsène Rakotondrazaka Minister of Homeland Security, did not hesitate to denounce this state of affairs that night, according to him, the proper functioning of the police in the Big Island.
