Madagascar: The number 2 of the international organisation of la Francophonie on the move in the island at the end of August
The number 2 of the international organisation of la Francophonie and administrator of OIF, Clément Duhaime, will be moving to Tananarive 24 au 29 August 2014.

Clément Duhaime will meet different partners of the island in the sectors of education, of training, culture as well as sustainable development and will define the integrated definitive plan of action of the international organisation of la Francophonie in Madagascar for the year 2014.

Number 2 of the OIF will also outline future cooperation with Madagascar of the institution on the period 2015-2018, and will also do a field trip to the heart of the Malagasy Centre for the development of reading and cultural animation (CEMDLAC) of Tananarive and reading and cultural facilitation Centre (CLAC) located at Ankadinandriana, structures that the OIF funded since 2002, as reported in the letter of the Indian Ocean.

As a reminder, Madagascar has been reintegrated at the parliamentary council at the end of March 2014 in the wake of the return to constitutional order after five years of Transitional regime.

Madagascar had been suspended from the international organisation of la Francophonie in April 2009, following the accession to power of Andry Rajoelina and exile of Marc Ravalomana in March 2009.
