Madagascar: The new tourism police soon deployed in the island




The new police of tourism under the auspices of the Ministry of tourism and announced by the Malagasy authorities at the beginning of August will soon be deployed alongside tourist guides in the tourist regions of Madagascar and in the heart of some cities of the island.
 
Thus as a first step of their mobilisation, these new police officers will be stationed on the island of Nosy-Be, on the island of Sainte Marie, Isalo, in Fort-Dauphin, Tuléar and Morondava.
 
A hundred items will thus be presented on the coastal island of Nosy Be Friday, September 26, 2014 as reported the Madagascar Tribune newspaper where the world tourism day will be celebrated.
 
As a reminder, these policemen will be in charge of investigating crimes committed by tourists to Madagascar and wrongdoing also faced by holidaymakers on the part of nationals.
