Madagascar: Start of the official campaign of the second round of the presidential election and the legislative




It is this Friday 29 November 2013 that is launched the campaign for the second round of Madagascar presidential election between Jean-Louis Robinson and Harry Rajaonarimampianina.
 
The two candidates qualified for the second round of the presidential poll are supported for the first, by the former president Marc Ravalomanana, and the second by the current President of the Transition, Andry Rajoelina.
 
At the same time, also starts the official electoral propaganda of the parliamentary elections which will elect 151 deputies among the 2.052 candidates.
 
The parliamentary majority that exit polls will have to choose a Prime Minister that the newly elected President will be obliged to accept.

The Avana party of Jean-Louis Robinson presents to the universal suffrage some thirty candidates for deputies while his opponent Hery Rajaonarimampianina for its part has no candidate invested in his name.

"Jean-Louis Robinson should govern with members from the movement Ravalomanana and the Green Party, but with whom Hery Rajaonarimampianina, is going to govern, it is still a mystery," said Agnes Rabenarivo jurist to the Observatory's public life, interviewed by Radio France International.

According to Jean-Eric Rakotoarisoa law professor "in fact, the question arises. Rajaonarimampianina Hery has no legislative member. Theoretically, it should govern with those of the platform Andry Rajoelina, but he is not even sure they get the majority. "
