Madagascar: President Hery Rajaonarimampianina talk to his directives of the armed forces and established the High Council of National Defence

The new president of Madagascar, Hery Rajaonarimampianina, has participated in mid-week to the protocoled ceremony of flag delivery to 38 officers of the Malagasy army, which took place at the Presidential Palace Iavoloha on the heights of Tananarive.

The new president of Madagascar, Hery Rajaonarimampianina, recalled in his speech before the Armed Forces assigned to military missions in the island.

The High Council of national defense mission is to "to ensure the coordination of the actions carried out by the armed forces" in the wake of the different priorities for the country.
 
The High Council analysis also deployed military resources and required for operations to lead.
