Madagascar: Preliminary hearing for murder opened in France after the lynchings of Nosy Be
 French police have opened an investigation on the terrible new items perpetrated on the night of Wednesday to Thursday on the coastal island of Nosy Be.

After the lynching in Madagascar of three persons suspected by 300 rioters to be involved in the trafficking of organs, including a French and a French-Italian citizens, a preliminary investigation for murder was launched on the French territory.

Investigators should in particular during their investigations shed light on the violent death of the French Sébastien Judalet, aged 38 and working at the RATP, lynched and burned on a beach of Nosy Be.

A judicial investigation under the authority of an investigating judge was however not yet decided for the moment.
