Madagascar: Possible postponement of presidential elections

All technical and financial partners of various international organizations, as well as the Independent National Electoral Commission for the Transition are busy behind the scenes to resolve the political equation in Madagascar shortly.

"We will vote for the best way to manage the subsequent phases if needed updating the electoral calendar ... We try to ensure that the electoral timetable is respected ...
