Madagascar: National Bureau of risk management and disaster warns people against a powerful meteor during the cyclonic season




The National Bureau of Risk Management and Disaster (BNGRC) of Madagascar based on The forecasts provided by the Southern Africa Regional Climate Outlook Forum (SARCOF), for the area of Southern Africa alerted the public about the risk of a high intensity cyclone that may sweep the country during the cyclonic season 2013-2014.
 
The National Bureau of Risk Management and Disaster states that are no fewer than four cyclones that should touch Madagascar.
