Madagascar: Multiplication of corruption complaints against the traffic police
The gendarmerie forces of Diego Suarez at the northern tip of Madagascar have deposited 156 forms of declaration of assets of commanding officers at independent anti-corruption Bureau (BIANCO) of the locality.

A measure now required by decree to curb corruption on the Big Island that eats away all the administrative workings of the country.
 
The head of BIANCO at Diego Suarez, Maurice Lucien Boto, tends to remind all efforts by the constabulary to combat this scourge within its ranks, as related lexpressmada.com.
 
Boto Lucien Maurice also alerted on possible criminal conduct on the part of some corrupt military assigned to road safety and in charge of criminal investigations.
 
"We are sounding the alarm, because since the end of 2012, we found a marked increase in complaints about the traffic police. And it is the same for investigations conducted by the police", he said.
