Madagascar: Moderate tropical storm Guito which evolves in the Mozambique Channel plunges rapidly towards South-South-West
The tropical depression which evolves in the Mozambique Channel has been baptised in the   evening, Guito, by the Malagasy meteorological services.
 
At 4 local time, this Wednesday 19 February 2014, the moderate tropical storm, Guito, has been located by the points 19.8 south and 40.0 east and was moving towards the south south west  at 20 km/h.

The moderate tropical storm Guito (994 hectopascals at the center of the system) currently evolves at more than 440 kilometers of the west coast of Madagascar and more than 1.600 kilometers from   Reunion island and Mauritius.
