Madagascar: Marc Ravalomanana "I will be back soon"
The former president of Madagascar deposed in 2009, Marc Ravalomanana, does not sit idly after his official withdrawal from the presidential race, in the wake of the extraordinary Summit in Dar-es-Salaam in Tanzania last December.

In a public letter to his supporters, Marc Ravalomanana announced his come back to the Big Island, as reported by newsmada.com. "I promise you that, as agreed, I'll soon be back. Have faith and keep this mutual trust we have. You understand what I mean even if I say no more", writes the former president.

Marc Ravalomanana was forced to return to his pledge not to stand for election

In the wake of Marc Ravalomanana, the tongues begin to loosen. The former president would put pressure on the SADC (South Africa Development Community) for it to facilitate the President of the Transition, Andry Rajoelina, to make his comeback to Madagascar.

In the contrary case, Marc Ravalomanana would be forced to go back on his commitment not to run in the elections of May 2013 and to apply to the presidential Malagasy.
