Madagascar: Jean-Louis Robinson wants to seek the post of leader of the opposition

Jean-Louis Robinson of the Avana party, defeated at the second round of the Malagasy presidential had the support of the Ravalomanana movement, has decided to take the stand as leader of the opposition on the political chessboard of the island.
 
Having publicly admitted his defeat on the eve of the investiture of the new elected president of Madagascar, Hery Rajaonarimampianina, of which he took part, Jean-Louis Robinson now wants to continue his political action throughout a constructive opposition.

“I intend to create a national committee of coordination of legal opposition (CNCOL). An entity which I will be leading. We will make an intelligent opposition, which will make suggestions to the power and which must be listened”, declared Jean-Louis Robinson. 

As a reminder, paragraph 6 of article 14 of the Malagasy constitution thus stipulates that “after each legislative election, the political groups of opposition designate a leader of the opposition”.
 
According to the newspaper L’Express of Madagascar, “other former claimant of supreme magistracy” has supported Jean-Louis Robinson during the second round of the presidential of 20 December last, would on their turn be equally interested by the leader of opposition post.
