The former Minister of Telecommunications of the Transition, Iharizaka Rahaingoson, appeared earlier this week in court for deliberate assault and battery as well as insults on the person of a judge and was sentenced Wednesday to three months in prison.

Iharizaka Rahaingoson in custody since June 11, acknowledged the insults, but vehemently denied the blows, while the magistrate has presented in court a medical certificate stating that she had to undergo 12 days of incapacity temporary work.

As a reminder, on June 10, the former Minister of Telecommunications of the Transition, Iharizaka Rahaingoson, and the magistrate, absent at the bar of the court, have quarreled at Ampefiloha in Tananarive in a parking lot for a banal story of badly parked car as indicated by the site lexpressmada.com.
