Madagascar: Andry Rajoelina "We must take our responsibilities to defend our ideas"
The President of the Transition, Andry Rajoelina, leaves still some doubts on his possible candidacy in the presidential elections scheduled in May 2013 in Madagascar.

The President of the Transition insists also behind the scenes that he will announce his decision at the right time. A choice that will be explained to the Malagasy people before the end of the official candidatures on March 8.
During the presentation of his vows made on Wednesday at his Iavoloha Palace located at 15 kilometers on the heights of Antananarivo, Andry Rajoelina did not violate the rule that he himself set, keeping silent about his electoral intentions.

The President of the Transition has however given to 3,300 guests present, tangible signs of a politician who wants to lead his country to the path of development, as relates the site lexpressmada.com. "In my opinion, the Malagasy have the right to elect who they want to. It is not one or two people, or a group of States to decide on how to manage our country and designate who will lead it... Freedom is important for us to be able to choose... It is therefore the freedom to decide, to choose, to set the path to follow, to develop the way forward for our development", said Andry Rajoelina in his speech.

The President of the Transition then continued on the same tempo. "Since four years, we have embarked on the path of change. We have worked to achieve this... We must take our responsibilities to defend our ideas", also supported Andry Rajoelina.

He expressed that he was also ready to face the problems "to preserve the changes" intended according to him by the Malagasy people.
