Madagascar: A team of Doctors of the World in the Big Island for free surgeries for sick children
A team of Doctors of the World is currently in Madagascar, at Joseph Ravoahangy Andrianavalona hospital on the outskirts of Tananarive, in the context of a humanitarian mission to the sick children (under 16) in the region, victims of severe digestive malformation.

The on-site doctors auscultate, providing free care and carry out surgical procedures.

80 children will thus be monitored medically during their short stay, and not less than 25 operations have already been scheduled for the coming days.

The doctors with big heart carry out six trips per year to Madagascar, each time with a specific theme disease to be treated locally.
