Madagascar: A salon of employment and training to restore hope to Malagasy youth

Figures from the employment situation of young people in Madagascar presented by the officials of the Ministry of youth and recreation show a worrying situation.
 
More than one young Malagasy in two (54%) looking for a job is forced to dive in the informal economy to escape.
 
The days of employment and training held on two days and ending today in the Malagasy capital want to thus reverse the trend and restore hope.
 
The days of employment and training at the Mahamasina Sports Palace suggested more than 1,000 jobs across 30 different business sectors, including hospitality, catering, tourism and agri-food, as indicated in the Midi Madagasikara newspaper.
 
As a reminder, according to recent figures from the International Labour Office (ILO), the unemployed organization key head-on today 3 million people in Madagascar.
 
At the same time each year, 300,000 young people arrive on the job market and swell the ranks of the unemployed in the island including many graduates.
