Madagascar: A policeman killed one of his friends during a routine traffic stop and seriously injured one second relative
A simple traffic stop turned to tragedy last Monday in Tamatave in the east of Madagascar.
 
Police conduct a routine police checks, around 11:00 p.m., and decided to conduct a search of a car.
