Madagascar: 85% of visa applications accepted by the Consul General of France
To dispel the notion that obtaining a visa for the French territory would be sesame virtually inaccessible to have, Laurent Polonceaux, Consul General of France in Madagascar was presented last weekend precise figures relating to this topic sensitive to the Big Island.
