Madagascar: 50% of the population without potable water on the Island




According to the latest statistical figures from the World Health Organisation and UNICEF *, half of the populations of Madagascar have no access to clean water.

Hence, 65% of Malagasy living in rural areas and nearly 25% of the urban population of the Island are deprived from drinking clean water from the tap.
