Madagascar: 200 solar panels offered by China to feed the public lighting of Tamatave




 Four neighborhoods of the city of Tamatave in eastern Madagascar recently received 200 solar panels donated by the Chinese authorities and the city of Ningbo, which is twinned with Toamasina.
 
Solar panels have been installed to improve lighting and to combat insecurity.
 
In addition, the visit of Chinese investors in Tamatave on a prospecting mission two weeks ago, should lead to a next agree trade protocol and the operation of a land with an area of 25 hectares, as indicated by the newspaper Les Nouvelles of the Madagascar.
 
"The objective is to promote exchanges in order to attract Chinese in the city of Tamatave investors so that it becomes a commercial showcase of China not only to enhance the image of Madagascar, but also for Africa and neighbouring islands", recall the municipal authorities of Tamatave by the voice of the second Vice President of the special delegation, Dinh Van Ricky.
