Comoros: The passengers of the plane crash of Air Inter Islands will claim compensation in court this coming June
A twin-engine aircraft such as the Embraer 120 belonging to the company Air Inter Islands, with 29 passengers on board, made in late November, after a water landing the tearing of part of the wing, just after takeoff from the airport of Moroni.
 
All passengers were unharmed in the accident.
 
Having still received no compensation for the damage caused, passengers will take legal action on June 5, to assert their rights as victims in court.
 
The latter have thus put the airline and its French insurer Eolia to their responsibilities.
 
On the side of the head of the company Air Inter Islands, it was noted that the compensation procedure has been triggered and the file will be completed in July, as related by the site Comoros-actualites.com.
