Comoros: The Japan finance three projects in the field of health and education for more than 240,000 euros




The Japanese government, through its embassy in Moroni continues its financial cooperation with the Comoros under its "support program in form of donations to local micro-projects contributing to human security" and carrying this time three new projects in the heart of the archipelago.
 
The embassy of Japan in the Comoros has thus granted a donation of 240.459 euro, which equals more than 108 million Comorian francs in respect of its financial contribution to support the population of the archipelago in the fields of health and education.
 
The first project funded in the amount of 76.331 euros, by the Japanese authorities concerning the extension and the installation of medical equipment within the Fomboni hospital emergency services.
 
Japan has also funded to 80.100 euros a second project on extension and upgrading the standards of maternal and child health centre located in the region of Bambao Ya Hari, as indicated in the newspaper La Gazette des Comores.
 
84.028 euros will also be involved in the construction of classrooms in a primary school located in the village of Kayani Mitsamiouli.
