Comoros: Fuel Leak on an A310 engine Yemenia Airways just before landing in Moroni
A flight of Yemenia Airways from France was victim of a fuel leak at the level of aircraft engines, just before the aircraft landing phase.

Once the Yemenia Airways A310 landed on the tarmac at the airport of Moroni, the airplane was stopped by the Comorian authorities for safety, as marks the site comoros-infos.net.

As a reminder, 159 people were killed on June 30, 2009, in the crash of another A310 Yemenia Airways, including 66 French passengers. A young girl named Bahia was the only survivor of the crash.

The report of the commission of Comorian inquiry had thus implicated in late June the direct responsibility of the pilot, due to "inadequate action of the crew during a maneuver none stabilized".
